Responsible Use of AI Policy

At BIASED, we see Artificial Intelligence as a useful extension of our creative and strategic process. We use it to support research, generate ideas and improve workflows, but we treat every tool with caution, curiosity, and a human lens. 

Our clients come to us for creativity, expertise, judgment, and integrity – qualities that we believe can’t be automated. Any AI-generated output is thoroughly reviewed, edited, and refined by a member of our team before it’s shared or published. We don’t use AI to replace human thinking; we use it to make space for more of it.

We at BIASED aim to be transparent about how we use AI, which is why we’ve implemented this policy. It reflects our commitment to protecting client privacy and data, maintaining confidentiality, upholding originality, and avoiding unreliable tools. 

Our use of AI is ever evolving as we explore new ways to use it to its full potential and understand where it adds the most value. As such, this policy will be reviewed and updated as new opportunities, risks, and standards emerge. Always with the intent of using AI responsibly, creatively, and in the best interest of our clients, our team, and the work itself.
