In 2021, Landcom celebrated 45 years as part of the fabric of NSW. During that time, the NSW Government’s land and property development organisation has delivered over 240 projects and over 95,000 homes.

In its anniversary year, Biased worked with Landcom to help celebrate the organisation’s achievements in creating more affordable and sustainable communities.

A range of marketing and communications initiatives were devised and implemented, to promote Landcom’s past achievements linked to its present strategic directions.

Biased provided strategic marketing and communication services across tactics including staff site tours, exemplar project and community case studies, a virtual event and a comprehensive social media program.
