Biarta Parnham

Founder & Managing Director

Biarta is a brand and communications consultant, embedded in her clients' success, with a heart for making a difference to the community. In 2020, she established Biased as a culmination of her experience at specialist agencies and cultural institutions in Sydney and London.

Biarta has worked in campaign development and strategy across a variety of sectors including government, not-for-profit, and B2C. She has also held roles as Strategic Partnerships Manager at the Australian Museum and Development Manager at the National Art School.

Biarta has managed campaigns for brands including The Commonwealth Secretariat, Australian National Maritime Museum, WWF-Australia, National Geographic, Harper Collins Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Garage Sale Trail, Collette Travel, Whyte & Mackay Whisky, MTV Australia, Landsec, Landcom, Meals on Wheels NSW, Willoughby City Council, Orange Regional Tourism, QBD Books, Good Things Foundation Australia, Lotus Dining Group, and many more.

Biarta is commercially-minded and approaches communications with a business lens, combining marketing tactics to achieve wide-reaching results through integrated campaigns. She is a Board Director of IC Care Wollindilly, a member of Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney's annual gala committee, and a Mumbrella CommsCon Juror for 2025.

Biarta holds a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) and a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board. Biarta has also completed level 2 of the globally-certified WSET wine course.

Piper Daly

Account Executive

Piper's journey at Biased is a testament to her talent and dedication. Starting as an intern in 2022, she quickly rose through the ranks to become an Account Executive by 2024. Her passion for strategic campaigns and creative social media content is matched by her meticulous attention to detail and client-focused approach.

With a diverse portfolio including Landcom’s Sydney Metro Northwest Places and QBD Books, Piper has also lent her expertise to notable brands like Lotus Dining Group and Meals on Wheels NSW. Her commercial acumen, which belies her years, has been instrumental in delivering exceptional results for clients across various industries.

Currently pursuing her marketing and media studies at Macquarie University, Piper brings a fresh perspective and continuous learning to every project she touches, combining academic insights with practical business savvy.

Leo Chau

PR & Marketing Coordinator

Leo joined the Biased team in 2023 as an enthusiastic intern, while studying Communication (Journalism) and Law at UTS.

He has a great passion for writing and creative pursuits, with his work having already been published in ArtsHub. He joins the Biased team with a keen interest in the world of PR campaigns and marketing.

When he’s not at the desk, Leo is a lover of the arts and culture, and can often be found exploring Western Sydney’s food scene.
