Biarta has worked in campaign development and strategy across a variety of sectors including government, tourism, lifestyle and not-for-profit. She has held roles as Strategic Partnerships Manager at the Australian Museum and Development Manager the National Art School.
Biarta has managed campaigns for brands including The Commonwealth Secretariat, Australian National Maritime Museum, WWF-Australia, National Geographic, Harper Collins, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Bridging the Gap Foundation, Garage Sale Trail, Collette Travel, Whyte & Mackay Whisky, MTV Australia, Landsec, Landcom, Willoughby City Council, Orange Regional Tourism, QBD Books, Good Things Foundation Australia, Lotus Dining Group, Tequila Daisy, and many more.
Biarta is commercially-minded and approaches communications with a business lens, combining marketing tactics to achieve wide-reaching results through integrated campaigns. She holds a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) and a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board. Biarta has also completed level 2 of of the globally-certified WSET wine course.
With previous roles including Head of Content for leading built environment communications consultancy Polymer Studios, and as National Communications Manager for major Australian real estate brand Raine & Horne, Andrew joined the Biased team in 2022 and is dedicated to delivering engaging and on-message content for its clients.
Andrew also brings to Biased his background in consultant and freelance roles working with a range of major property and placemaking clients, including Aqualand, Cbus Property and Greenland Australia, as well as previous client-side positions in large NSW Government organisations, and will support the company’s growing portfolio of food & beverage, placemaking, and arts & culture clients.
Andrew’s wide-ranging proficiency spans the communications spectrum, from media releases and strategic news stories, to website content, website administration and management, internal communications strategies, business proposals, tender documents, awards submissions, blogs and newsletters.
Outside of Biased, Andrew also boasts management experience as a Board Member and Director at Australia’s first social enterprise bakery, The Bread & Butter Project, where he leads the not-for-profit’s marketing and PR activities.
She is currently studying marketing and media at Macquarie University and is passionate about planning and delivering strategic campaigns as well as exploring creative content across social media.
Piper supports Biased accounts including Bridging the Gap Foundation and QBD Books and has worked with clients including Lotus Dining Group, Shaffa, Redbird Chinese, Olsen Palmer, Vacanza Pizzeria, Sydney Shimmer Festival and Landcom. Biased is delighted to have Piper on the team, sharing her considered approach, passion for client services, and love of travel.
He has a great passion for writing and creative pursuits, with his work having already been published in ArtsHub. He joins the Biased team with a keen interest in the world of PR campaigns and marketing.
When he’s not at the desk, Leo is a lover of the arts and culture, and can often be found exploring Western Sydney’s food scene.
A background working in premium Sydney hospitality venues has provided her with vast experience in customer service and a passion for working with people.
Drawing on her love of creativity, and with a natural flair for eclectic design, Jaslyn is excited to support Biased’s diverse mix of clients.
Outside of work, you will find her scouting the best and newest Sydney restaurants, as well as exploring her artistic endeavours.
