Lotus Dining Group was founded in 2012 by innovator Michael Jiang who dreamed of creating a restaurant that conjured the food memories of his childhood.
From its humble beginnings at Lotus Dumpling Bar Walsh Bay, the group has expanded to now include Lotus Barangaroo, Lotus The Galeries, The Gardens by Lotus, and Lotus Dumpling Bar Summer Hill. Consistently creating high quality contemporary Chinese cuisine, and memorable experiences, is at the heart of Lotus Dining Group’s approach to hospitality.
Biased managed public relations for Lotus Dining Group from 2020 to 2023. During that time we successfully opened four venues, launched Australian Rice Lager in partnership with White Bay Brewing Co., Mandarin Gin in partnership with Big River Distilling Co., and secured comprehensive coverage of the group’s offerings.
